RETURN POLICY
All Viva Parts honors a Lifetime warranty. A return can be made within 15 days after you send us a request for return at info@viva-parts.com. The returned will be based on the current selling price or the original purchase price, whichever is lower. We do not charge a restocking fee for your return. If we didn't receive the return after 15 days , the return will not be processed and accepted.
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Viva Parts. Subject to conditions below.
●Any package without an invoice will not be processed.
●All returns must be in original packaging along with the warranty seal, otherwise warranty on the part will be considered void.
●Usage by a third-party voids warranty.
●Viva Parts is not responsible for notifying the customer of packages containing extra items.
●Viva Parts is not responsible for the shipping cost if you request any denied products to be shipped back to you.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@viva-parts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted .
Once we received and inspected the return items, please allow one business day for refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for keeping track of any updates regarding their returns as this information can be sent to your email.
Claims
Physically damaged-on-arrival products:
●Please contact customer service immediately after receiving any damaged and/or visibly harmed item. (Including suspicion of damage due to visibly harmed packages before opening)
●Once Viva Parts is notified of incident, a case number will be assigned to your return.
Internally defective items do not fall under this category.
Reporting for missing items or items damaged in transit must be notified to Customer Service within 3 business days upon delivery.
Disclaimer
Viva Parts is not liable for damage due to technician mishandling or lost return items during transit. Influence on decisions for actions taken will solely depend on policies and regulations given by the shipping carrier. Viva Parts is not responsible for carrier delays that are out of our control.
Viva Parts will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of any merchandise purchased from us. Damages include, but are not limited to, prominent scratches and ripped flex cables. Viva Parts's liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise only.
